Terms and Conditions
General
The following General Terms and Conditions, Delivery Terms and Payment Terms (GTC) are part of all contracts with:

Deviating terms and conditions of the contracting parties are not and will not become part of the contract. If ancillary agreements or special arrangements are made, they are only binding if they have been confirmed in writing.
The contracting party (patient) confirms that they are at least 18 years old and fully legally competent. If they are younger, parental consent is required.
The term for goods used below covers both tangible and intangible items as well as services provided in the form of work.
Payment terms for treatments
All prices are gross prices. Payment for the services provided is made in cash or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).
At the start of treatment, a deposit of 50% of the agreed total price is due. Completed treatments must be paid immediately. All freely convertible currencies are accepted as payment.
Warranty
The warranty on dental laboratory work is 2 years from the laboratory side; any resulting dental treatment costs are also free of charge within this period. There is no dental warranty unless obvious treatment errors exist; these will be corrected free of charge accordingly, including any laboratory costs that may arise. Travel and accommodation costs will not be covered. Warranty work will only be carried out in our practice. Costs incurred by external practices will not be assumed.
Retention of title
The delivered tangible and intangible goods (dental prostheses and treatment costs) remain the seller's property as reserved goods until payment of the purchase price and settlement of all claims arising from the business relationship (and any claims arising in connection with the object of purchase). The inclusion of individual claims in a running account or the drawing and acknowledgement of a balance do not lift the retention of title. Upon settlement of all claims of the seller arising from the business relationship, ownership of the reserved goods and the assigned claims pass to the buyer.
Liability
We accept no liability for services offered by external practices and for consequential damages resulting from their use.
Data protection
The data provided in an order or request may only be used within the business activities of the dental practice HD-Dental; disclosure to third parties is only possible after the patient's express consent, which must be in written form.
HD-Dental undertakes to observe the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and all other data protection regulations, including any future European data protection laws, in particular those concerning the preservation of data confidentiality.
Scope
The law of the place of jurisdiction applies to the warranty conditions and the entire legal relationship between seller and buyer. If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the contract shall be interpreted so that the purpose pursued by the respective provision is achieved. The validity of the remaining provisions of the GTC shall remain unaffected.
